Before Jane was born, I tried to fill our freezer up with meals. For about a month, I doubled what I made for dinner and froze the extra. I tried to get a bit creative to not have a freezer full of casseroles. I was pretty successful I'd say because we only had a few casseroles and I had to stop freezing things because I ran out of room. I saw a picture of pizza rolls online and gave that a go. Well, the boys LOVED them! I guess I'll be making these again.
